Our conference provides excellent opportunities to effectively present your company's products, services, and laboratory equipment. The exhibition will take place from June 22nd to June 26th, 2026 at the Morasko Campus of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. We offer professional exhibition stands to company representatives. The exhibition fee of 5500 PLN (approx. 1317 EUR) includes the following:
- Participation of one company representative in all conference activities: lectures, welcome party, banquet, concert (each additional participant pays only 1500 PLN).
- Exhibition space and booth with furniture (approximately 8-10 square meters of the stand equipped with the company's logo, a table, 3 chairs, an information counter, and power socket).
- Wi-Fi access point.
- One-page advertisement in the conference booklet, the possibility of distributing the exhibitor's promotional brochures in the conference briefcases (max. 400), and advertising on the displays during the conference (max. 5-minute video without sound). These options are also available for advertisers who do not participate in the conference. The cost of advertising (without participation) is 900 PLN (approx. 216 EUR).
- Placement of the company's logo on the official website of the conference.
