Exhibition details

Our conference meeting will provide excellent opportunities to effectively present your company's products, services and laboratory equipment. The exhibition will take place from June 22^nd to June 26^th, 2020 at the Morasko Campus of the Adam Mickiewicz University located in Poznań. We offer professional exhibition stands. The Exhibition fee of 4500 PLN (around 1000 EUR) covers the following items:

participation of one company representative in all conference activities: lectures, welcome party, banquet, concert (each additional participant pays only 900 PLN),
exhibition space and booth with furniture (approx. 8-10 sqm box includes logo of the company, one table, 3 chairs, information counter and power supply socket),
internet access,
one page of advertisement in the conference booklet, possibility to distribute the exhibitor's promotional materials in the conference briefcases (400 maximum) and advertisement in the on-site multimedia displays during the conference (max. 3 minute video). This option is also addressed to advertisers and does not require the participation in the conference. The advertisement cost (without participation) is 500 PLN (around 110 EUR),
placement of the Company's logo on the official Conference website.
