Nomination for the Polish Award of Intelligent Development

Polska Nagroda Inteligentnego Rozwoju 2019

Dr. eng. Iga Aleksandra Jankowska was nominated for the Polish Intelligent Development Award 2019 in the category "Scientist of the Future". She received her nomination for the scientific project "Preparation and properties of new nanocomposite proton conductors based on cellulose nanofibers functionalized with heterocyclic molecules".

The Polish Award of Intelligent Development is awarded by the Center of Intelligent Development in Tychy. The honorary patron of this award is Dr. Alicja Adamczak, president of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.The goal of the Polish Award of Intelligent Development is to popularize and to promote a pro-innovative and perspective way of thinking, resulting in effects that can contribute to sustainable economic development of the country.This prestigious distinction is an award to local governments, related companies and enterprises that implement innovative investments and solutions and thus contribute to the sustainable development of the country. It is also given to scientists, universities, units and scientific institutions implementing innovative projects.The award ceremony will take place in the autumn of 2019, at a ceremonial Gala with the participation of mainstream media, during the 4th Intelligent Development Forum. In June 2019, the winners in the "Scientist of the Future" category will meet at the Gala "Polish scientists of the future".
